In the process, real estate targets are identified in the market, reviewed and externally valued. Sufficient existing real estates are in the internal pipeline for the respective compartments. Only real estates that meet the clearly defined purchase criteria are brought. In addition, an external appraiser must confirm the value of the real estate.
The designated real estates are always existing facilities that have an ongoing cash flow. The facilities should come from the full inpatient care sector and may include integrated systems (assisted living, medical care centers, medical centers or rehabilitation facilities).
Anesis Management will invest in sustainable homes with an average of 80 beds, with an appropriate single room share of ideally >75%. Completed new buildings or also restructured units are to be designated as targets.
