Anesis Management, in cooperation with the respective operators of the social real estate, follows the ESG Directive under Article 8 of the EU Disclosure Regulation by fulfilling the two ESG components “Social” and “Governance”.

Anesis Management's corporate philosophy is fully socially responsible and aims to meet the needs of elderly people and people with special needs who require specialized medical care, services and treatment.

Anesis invests primarily in existing German care facilities, but also in other social facilities that generate an ongoing cash flow from rental income. The facilities should come from the fully inpatient care sector and may include integrated systems (assisted living, medical care centers, medical centers or rehabilitation facilities).

The respective operating partners have been known to the team for decades and have an excellent reputation and credit rating. For the social properties held in the portfolio, Anesis obliges the operators to comply with the relevant sustainability factors, to avoid any sustainability risks and - without promoting ESG environmental criteria - to support the principles of the “green building” concept. In addition, the sellers of the properties that are acquired and which, due to their age and condition, offer appropriate opportunities to implement meaningful ecological and environmental improvements.
